Our story

In 1999, Talemetry founder Jade Bourelle created one of the first applicant tracking systems, built from the ground up to be delivered as a cloud based system, requiring only a web browser to carry out all of the recruiting functions. As technology and the recruiting industry evolved, the company developed specialized technology for resume parsing, resume search, and job posting and became a trusted technology provider for the applicant tracking industry. After years of organic growth and several acquisitions, the company’s current recruitment marketing platform was launched in 2011. In 2013 the company and the products were unified under the Talemetry brand. With several product releases per year Talemetry rapidly evolves its Talemetry platform to meet the recruitment marketing needs of our growing, global customer base.
